About Me
IF YOU CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM THEN WHY TO WORRY?
AND IF YOU CANNOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM THEN THERE IS NO POINT WORRYING ABOUT IT.
I am a b.tech graduate (electronics and communication) and m.b.a in marketing.
I believe in simple living and high thinking.very passionate about my work.
I am very hard working and energetic, like challenges in life and always ready to prove myself on every aspect of life.
I am totally sports fanatic, may be cricket, soccer or tennis.always wanted to associate myself in the field of sports but destiny had somethig else stored for me in form of ebiz which has made my life a beautiful journey.have cherished each and everything i got from ebiz.
I like working with new people as i have always done in my ebiz career.i dont have much ego so i mould myself according to my downline,i have great sense of humour and good temparament which has helped me in my career in a great way.
I like experimenting and love to start something new and unique. as i did it in ebiz.
Many people have been responsible for my little success so cant mention names of each and everyone.
But do stand by me as you people have always done,so to carry this success further and further.
MY MANTRA OF LIFE IS TO BE HAPPY AND MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY.
LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE,SO LAUGH OUT YOUR LIFE
MYJOURNEY
I saw the presentation on 23rd of june 2004 and was very eager to join, but money was the problem.
My parents didnt allow me to join neither i got any support in money matters. And moreover i told all of my friends about the system without much knowledge and even my friends didnt supported me.Not even a single one joined.
Sometimes you feel that everything is going away from you and everyone is against you, same was happening with me as nobody joined and i was not able to arrange money, but then also i didnt lose hope ,was determined to join and was ready for the challenge.
I borrowed money from my friends which took me almost a month and joined the system.
Initially i faced loads of critisism from my friends, relatives and my parents which can sometimes push you back, but i was very focused.
I started promoting the system with great intensity and got good response from the very first day.
I became Silver within 45 days of my joining and with time i changed my tags to Gold,Diamond and now i am a Diamond Diplomat.
The first year of my ebiz i changed 3 tags and was standing tall as a Diamond with My Car and my name on the Highest Earners list.
I always feel that a person should not compare himself/herself with others rather should give competetion to yourself and should always raise your performance bar, always try to achieve more what you have done so far, always try to put more efforts what you have putten so far.
That is exactly what i did,i wanted to do better in my second year as compared to the first year and moreover i achieved that by taking my two positions on one lakh a week, this was possible just because of Mumbai(City Of Dreams).
I went to Mumbai in my second year and i got some phenomenal results from there,a record breaking performances by many young talented leaders of mumbai. And the best part is that all of them were in their second year of engineering.
I coudnt have asked anything better than a record 8000 joinings in an year, so Mumbai made it possible for me and made my journey very easy.
We made some records in Mumbai by achieving a bike and a computer by two of our associates and the record breaking 8000 joinings in an year and with time we manage to built a team of around 50000 in Maharashtra.
I had a big network size in delhi , madhya pradesh but due to some lack in leadership i lost momentum in these places.
We lost many associates from there and the network was badly effected.I lost the grip in these places and my income was badly effected.
There was a week in my in my last 4.5 years that my name didnt appear on the highest earners list, then again i worked very hard in mumbai and another city BHUBANESWAR and again i got a very good response from ORISSA peoplenow again iam back on the list of 1 lakh and now its much smoother.
Its been 5.5 years journey and full of ups and downs, started from scratch then on the top, then again went down and then again on the top.
So the ebiz life also keeps on testing your leadership and your willingness to do well.so dont be afraid of any test and be prepared for challenges.
What i feel about my success so far in ebiz is as i always take initiatives and ready to take charge from the front.
From the very first month of my joining i stated giving presentations which i feel has been my main reason for success and i always teach to be a presentor from the first day.
I always take charge from the front as from the very starting i was ready to go on the stage before anyone else,i love the stage.
But the reason for my success there was the regular meetings and never took the backward step.
I started taking my presentations from the very first month and I always say that good presentors have good income. wanna have good income SO you should start taking good presentations.
6 Years back I didn't know where will I land up and I was quite sure that I will be working for an MNC but destiny had some different plans for me..
You never know what can you become.
IAM VERY THANKFUL TO ALL OF MY UPLINES WHO HAS ALWAYS SUPPORTED ME AND SHOWED ME THE RIGHT PATH TO FOLLOW .
AND THANKS A LOT FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL SUPPORT AND LOVE FROM MY GROUP AND MY NEAR ONES. AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE SAME KIND OF LOVE AND SUPPORT THROUGH OUT MY LIFE.
I NEED YOUR BLESSINGS AS STILL VERY MUCH TO DO .
AND SORRY IF I HAVE HURT ANYONE OF YOU IN THIS SMALL JOURNEY.

The Great Frog Race
Once opon a time there was bunch of tiny frogs.....who arranged a running competition the goal was to reach the top of very high tower.
The big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants....
the race began......
honestly, no one in crowd really believed that the tiny frog would reach the top of tower.
You heard statements such as:
they will NEVER make it to the top.
or:
not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!
The tiny frog began collapsing. one by one...
Exept for those, who in fresh tempo were climbing higher and higher.....
the crowd continue to yell-its too difficult!!! no one will make it!
more tiny frogs got tired and gave up.....
,,,,
but one continued higher and higher and higher....
This one wouldnt give up!
at the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower, except for one tiny frog that, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!
THEN all the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?
A contestent asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal.
it turned out....
that the winner was deaf!!!!
Never listen to other people tendencies to be negative or passimistic....because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you- the ones you have in your heart!
Alexander Fleming
His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to eke out a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog. There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow
and terrifying death.
The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scotsman's sparse surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.
"I want to repay you," said the nobleman. "You saved my son's life."
"No, I can't accept payment for what I did," the Scottish farmer replied, waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.
"Is that your son?" the nobleman asked. "Yes," the farmer replied proudly.
"I'll make you a deal. Let me take him and give him a good education.
If the lad is anything like his father, he'll grow to a man you can be proud of."
And that he did. In time, Farmer Fleming's son graduated from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.
Years afterward, the nobleman's son was stricken with pneumonia.
What saved him? Penicillin.
The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill.
His son's name? Sir Winston Churchill.
Someone once said what goes around comes around.
Dads Blessings
A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angry, he raised his voice to his father and said "With all your money, you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible.
Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.
When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. And as he did, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.
How many times do we miss Spirit's blessings and answers to our prayers because they do not arrive exactly as we have expected?

Mountain Story
"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"
And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart.
If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.
This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life;
Life will give you back everything you have given to it."
YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!"
The Making Of A Mother
By the time the Lord made mothers, He was into the sixth day working overtime. An Angel appeared and said "Why are you spending so much time on this one?"
And the Lord answered and said, "Have you read the spec sheet on her? She has to be completely washable, but not elastic; have 200 movable parts, all replaceable; run on black coffee and leftovers; have a lap that can hold three children at one time and that disappears when she stands up; have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee to a broken heart; and have six pairs of hands."
The Angel was astounded at the requirements for this one. "Six pairs of hands! No way!" said the Angel.
The Lord replied, "Oh, it's not the hands that are the problem. It's the three pairs of eyes that mothers must have!"
"And that's on the standard model?" the Angel asked.
The Lord nodded in agreement, "Yep, one pair of eyes are to see through the closed door as she asks her children what they are doing even though she already knows. Another pair in the back of her head are to see what she needs to know even though no one thinks she can. And the third pair are here in the front of her head. They are for looking at an errant child and saying that she understands and loves him or her without even saying a single word."
The Angel tried to stop the Lord "This is too much work for one day. Wait until tomorrow to finish."
"But I can't!" The Lord protested, "I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart. She already heals herself when she is sick AND can feed a family of six on a pound of hamburger and can get a nine year old to stand in the shower."
The Angel moved closer and touched the woman, "But you have made her so soft, Lord."
"She is soft," the Lord agreed, "but I have also made her tough. You have no idea what she can endure or accomplish."
"Will she be able to think?" asked the Angel.
The Lord replied, "Not only will she be able to think, she will be able to reason, and negotiate."
The Angel then noticed something and reached out and touched the woman's cheek. "Oops, it looks like You have a leak with this model. I told You that You were trying to put too much into this one."
"That's not a leak." the Lord objected. "That's a tear!"
"What's the tear for?" the Angel asked.
The Lord said, "The tear is her way of expressing her joy, her sorrow, her disappointment, her pain, her loneliness, her grief, and her pride."
The Angel was impressed. "You are a genius, Lord. You thought of everything for this one. You even created the tear!"
The Lord looked at the Angel and smiled and said, "I'm afraid you are wrong again. I created the woman, but she created the tear!"
Manage Your Life
A philosophy professor stood before his class and had some items in front of him. When class began, wordlessly he picked up a large empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, rocks about 2" in diameter.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The students laughed. The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
"Now," said the professor, "I want you to recognize that this is your life. The rocks are the important things - your family, your partner, your health, your children - anything that is so important to you that if it were lost, you would be nearly destroyed.
"The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, your car.
"The sand is everything else. The small stuff.
"If you put the sand into the jar first, there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your energy and time on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.
"Take care of the rocks first - the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."
Stress Management
A lecturer was giving a lecture to his student on stress management. He raised a glass of water and asked the audience, "How heavy do you think this glass of water is?"
The students' answers ranged from 20g to 500gm.
"It does not depend on the absolute weight. It depends on how long you hold it. "
"If I hold it for a minute, it is OK.
If I hold it for an hour, I will have an ache in my right arm.
If I hold it for a day, you will have to call an ambulance.
It is the exact same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes."
"If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, we will not be able to carry on, the burden becoming increasingly heavier."
"What you have to do is to put the glass down, rest for a while before holding it up again."
We have to put down the burden periodically, so that we can be refreshed and are able to carry on. So before you return home from work tonight, put the burden of work down.
Don't carry it back home. You can pick it up tomorrow.
Whatever burden you are having now on your shoulders, let it down for a moment if you can.
Pick it up again later when you have rested...
Rest and relax.
Life is short, enjoy it!!
Don't Forget To Smile
A little boy walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, he made his daily trek to the elementary school.
As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little boy felt concerned that her son would be frightened as he walked home from school and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child.
Following the roar of thunder, lightning would cut through the sky like a flaming sword.
Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her car and drove along the route to her child's school. As she did so, she saw her little boy walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly and with each the little boy would look at the streak of light and smile.
When the mother's car drew up beside the child, she lowered the window and called to him, "What are you doing? Why do you keep stopping?"
The child answered, "I am trying to look nice. God keeps taking my picture."
May God bless you today as you face the storms that come your way. And don't forget to Smile.
Beleive In God
The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for GOD to rescue him, and every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.
Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood and long grass to protect himself from the elements, and to store his few possessions.
One day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up to the sky. The worst had happened, and everything was lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief, and anger. "GOD, how could you do this to me?" he cried.
Early the next day he was awakened by the sound of a ship that was approaching the island.
It had come to rescue him. "How did you know I was here?" asked the weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal," they replied.
It's easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn't lose heart, because GOD is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain, and suffering.
Remember that, the next time your little hut seems to be burning to the ground, it just may be a smoke signal that summons the grace of GOD.
Can you break the chains
As I was passing the elephants, I suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.
I saw a trainer near by and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. Well, he said, when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, its enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.
I was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldnt, they were stuck right where they were.
Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?
KING OF THE SKIES
Once upon a time, there flew across the skies young eagle. In his talons, he firmly held a plump rat. He wanted to eat the rat all by himself and so tried to land in a solitary place. However, many of the larger birds began to hound him. They troubled him, tried to peck at him and snatch the rat away from him. The young eagle could have shared his find with some of the other birds but he would not. On and on he flew, chased and threatned by the other birds. Finally came in time when he was so exhausted that all this grabbing and holding did not seem worth it. He let go the rat. As it fell down, all the birds that were tormenting him changed course and plunged after the falling rat.
The young eagle looked around. Suddenly the sky was empty and he was free of all trouble. He enjoyed the quiet of the moment and said to himself, "I let go the rat of desire... to become the king of the skies!"
Children, all of us must work hard for the basic needs of living and to do our duties well. You parents work hard to provide for your needs and comforts and that is good. You too should work hard to do well in your studies so that, when you grow up, you can take good care of yourself and your family. But if we have too many desires then our lives become like that of the young eagle. The more we grab and hoard, the more worried we become of protecting it and the more fear we feel of losing it. So within limits, desires help us to work hard and progress in life. But, beyond a point, desires only bring us trouble and pain.
Like the young eagle, may we let go of our excess desires and experience the freedom from this, just like the feathered hero of our story.
Think Big
In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less, a 10 year old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him.
"How much is an ice cream sundae?"
"Fifty cents," replied the waitress.
The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied the number of coins in it.
"How much is a dish of plain ice cream?" he inquired.
Some people were now waiting for a table and the waitress was a bit impatient.
"Thirty-five cents," she said brusquely.
The little boy again counted the coins.
"I'll have the plain ice cream," he said.
The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and departed.
When the waitress came back, she began wiping down the table and then swallowed hard at what she saw. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were two nickels and five pennies - her tip
Walk by Faith, not by sight
Do you know the legend of the Cherokee Indian youth's rite of Passage? His father takes him into the forest, blindfolds him and leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone. Once he survives the night, he is a MAN.
He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own. The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him. Maybe even some human might do him harms. The wind blew the grass and earth, and shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man!
Finally, after a horrific night the sun appeared and he removed his blindfold. It was then that he discovered his father sitting on the stump next to him. He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm. We, too, are never alone. Even when we don't know it, God is watching over us, sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him.
Moral of the story: Just because you can't see God, doesn't mean He is not there. 'For we walk by faith, not by sight.
Why Me?
Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of Cancer. From world
over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed : "Why does
GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"? To this Arthur Ashe replied:
"The world over -- 5 crore children start playing tennis, 50 lakh learn to
play tennis, 5 lakh learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit,
5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the
finals, When I was holding a cup I never asked GOD "Why me?". And today in
pain I should not be asking GOD "Why me?".
